Site plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent image release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a legend detailing different areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
Further materials released as part of the current oversight process.
