Directions
To prepare the Citrus Syrup: Place the listed ingredients in a pot, bring to a simmer, agitating until the sugar dissolves. Next, remove from the burner allowing it to reach room temperature entirely. Decant into an sealable bottle, cap it and refrigerate it in the fridge, where it will keep for around one month.
For the Premix: Combine every liquids into a big jug, leave to sit for one hour, then strain preferably using cheesecloth, to ensure it's fully clarified.
When ready to serve: Add 85ml of your premix into a stirring glass containing ice, and agitate gently for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Pour into a cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, top with the cranberries and complete it with a brief mist of mandarin oil over the drink.
